THE STATEMENT OF MY HEART

Wish for infinity / Over the horizon, the saltiest waters /
I float upside-down. Where has gravity gone? / Can you see it? No. Can you hear it? Yes! / I enjoy folding Maya's Veil into the shape of a lotus flower / Lotus is my music, its leaves are my cheeks / Roots and mycelium are the neurons of trees / Crunch... crunch...roar, moan. Is it my tired heart or the child playing above? / I am a child: I am excited and sad / When sand reverts time, rhythm is found / Lost and found is the signal from the ground / No beat but I heat when I hit the lips of the voice that I miss / Ancestors and mentors, let's go for a picnic / The river runs wild, it is made of lava Polifemo's eye / Run in the street with its noises inside / Wild is the music of the body and mind / I tied a thunder to a string and shook it all night / Oh Tesla, could you please inspire my mind? / Cybernetics and kinetics: the mind of the sea / The bridge is the neck of Modigliani's princess / Please move my dream right in the middle of that pyramid / After 7920 miles the serpent eats itself: welcome to new life my dear universe! / Did you think the same thing? Is it telepathy? / Ecstasy in the rule of the shell / A home of sounds is my paradise on Earth /

THE STATEMENT OF MY ART

My practice moves between art, architecture and scientific research and is centred on a fascination for the invisible, especially light and sound as physical wave phenomena that shape reality beyond ordinary perception. Rooted in a continuous mediation between scientific inquiry and artistic experimentation, theory and material investigation, my work draws on neuroscience, psychoacoustics, lighting design, environmental psychology and ecology to explore how bodies interact with their environments at sensory, spatial and physiological levels. Working across multiple formats—visual works, performative pieces, spatial pavilions, light-based and sound-based environments and collaborative research experiments—my practice investigates how interactions between matter, energy and living systems can be structured to modulate perception and foster attunement, awareness and relationality. The aim is to foster perceptual recalibration in response to contemporary conditions of chronic stress, ecological disconnection and a progressive loss of embodied awareness, aiming to foster wonder and renewed sensitivity to the relations between body, environment and the dynamic fields that connect them.
