Short Film: Sound Greenfall
Conceived as a cinematic interpretation of Sound Greenfall – presented at the 19th International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia 2025 – the short film translates the project’s bioacoustic research into movement, image and sound. Emerging from the ground and responding to vibration, the dancers inhabit an ambiguous space between human and vegetal life: bodies stretch, bloom and intertwine, while skin, petals, limbs and leaves become part of the same imagined ecology. Accompanied by an original composition by Sofia Boarino (aka LOTO), the film imagines listening as an interspecies condition, where bodies respond to the same vibrations and the distinction between human and plant begins to disappear.Concept: Sofia Boarino Architecture & Sound Art Artistic Direction: Sofia Boarino & Edoardo Sandulli
